    National Pharmacies Pt Lincoln is my preferred pharmacy. I find the staff are always very polite and helpful .Nothing is ever too much trouble .

    As my preferred pharmacy in Port Lincoln, I'm always impressed with the friendly responsive service I receive. Today, however, the team went out of their way to ensure a technical issue didn't result in a break in my daughter's medication. Very much appreciated - you guys are legends!

    I've been with National Pharmacy for many years and will recommend them to anyone. However, today, when I called in to pick up my scripts ordered on MedAdvisor (sooo glad this is available) I was left standing at the counter while 1 employee ate farewell cake and another went straight past me back to the front counter. There was only one other customer in the store. After 3 or 4 minutes the chemist noticed and came down to serve me. I don't like to complain but customer service has always been great. Today, not so much. A simple, 'the chemist will be with you in a minute' would have acknowledged me and alerted the chemist. I don't mind waiting if staff are off duty or busy, but I do not like being ignored.

    help.If they, don't have a certain product, they will always try, to point
    you, to another business. Some businesses, if they can't make a sale,
    they're not interested in helping you.
