- Rachel Richards Added October 07, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Full disclosure- I went to dinner with fairly low expectations, I don’t tend to expect stellar meals when dining this area... but I was SO wrong! Our meal, service, everything start to finish was exceptional for any standard. The food was truly incredible. My sister is a vegan and we let them know one day ahead of time- the chef created an entree for her and she loved it! Truly amazing dining experience!

Very clean, spacious and beyond friendly makes the trip extra special. Linda, thank you for those delicious lemon blueberry muffins and treating us like family.

Great decoration, very comfortable, super clean and by far the best option in Colebrook. The dining experience was fantastic as well. The food presentation was superb and the taste matched the elegant looks and refined sounds of the establishment. Everything is freshly cooked by the chef daily. Try their lamb if you have a chance. John was a great host. I’ll definitely be back.

John & Linda are wonderful hosts. They also have some lovely rooms upstairs if you would like to stay over. Parsons Street is excellent and well worth a visit.
