My car had had its service a few days before.
We showed up to do a check up because of a recurring noise while we were driving. They quickly found the reason (manufacturing defect) and were able to replace the part within a day.

Not pushy in any way. Just gave us the information and let us decide. He also invited us to stop with the van on our way through so he could check the battery management system to make sure it was set properly after we switched from an AGM to Lithium.. We were super happy with the service. 5 stars from us. Thanks heaps Luke. Definitely recommend.

Luke and Benjamin then proceeded to get everything done same day. Excellent quality work. Highly recommend.
