Today, however, the team went out of their way to ensure a technical issue didn't result in a break in my daughter's medication. Very much appreciated - you guys are legends!

However, today, when I called in to pick up my scripts ordered on MedAdvisor (sooo glad this is available) I was left standing at the counter while 1 employee ate farewell cake and another went straight past me back to the front counter. There was only one other customer in the store. After 3 or 4 minutes the chemist noticed and came down to serve me. I don't like to complain but customer service has always been great. Today, not so much. A simple, 'the chemist will be with you in a minute' would have acknowledged me and alerted the chemist. I don't mind waiting if staff are off duty or busy, but I do not like being ignored.
