- typicalaussie lad Added October 08, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been dealing with dry skin and pain when washing around my face for years and keeping under control with a rigorous routine of cleansers, antiseptic oils, moisturizes and various oils ie coconut, argon and so forth. I decided to go off that routine because it was starting to work less and less. When I did stop the routine my skin flared up bad redness, stinging, flaking. I spoke to the pharmacist about it she said it was dermatitis and to use a medicated cream in combination with a basic vitamin e cream. For the first time 7 years I'm pain free, my skin is clear of redness and flaking, I haven't looked like this since my mid 20s.

- Christine Abel Added September 23, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in on a Friday to get script made up for heart tablets, told the pharmacist we were travelling & needed them as we would be heading into remote area & needed them, but was told they had none and would order them in & they would be there by Tues morning after 9. So we extended our stay so we had them. Went back in on the Tuesday at 1.30pm & the pharmacist went looking for them & came back & said they won't be in till tomorrow, they didn't arrive, in a "I dont care your just passing through" tone of voice. One of the staff members there saw I wasn't happy (she was there on the Friday when I left the script) & apologised & explained he'd forgot to order them. I got the script back & we left. We got the script made up in a small town where they were very helpful & had them in stock. Staff are friendly & helpful at Terry White but pharmacist is not, he needs to learn how to speak to customers & remember to place orders.
